  • 1 Green pointed pepper(s)
  • 4 Cocktail Tomato(es)
  • 1 tsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tsp Olive oil(s)
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 300 ml Hot Water

    Peel the eggplants in alternating strips and slice them. Soak the slices in salted water for at least 15 minutes. Remove the eggplants from the water, pat them dry, and arrange them in a ring around a round baking tray. Place the sucuk slices, also cut into rounds, between the eggplant slices. Slice the peppers in the same way and place them in the center of the tray. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around them.

    Melt the tomato purée in hot water and add olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread the sauce over the baking dish with a spoon.

    Cover the baking dish with a wet piece of baking paper and also wrap aluminium foil around it. Bake the dish for approx. 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Bon appétit!
