Alinazik is a classic dish from the 16th century and is a popular recipe in Turkey today. Soft beef is served in a roasted eggplants base with yoghurt and offers a very special flavour. We have made this recipe just for you with Egetürk Sucuk. Bon Appetit!

  • 2 Eggplant(s)
  • 1 Onion(s)
  • 2 Tomato(es)
  • 250 g Béchamel sauce
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

    Roasting
    Use a knife to cut slits in the eggplants. Roast them in the oven or over an open fire. Peel the eggplants and cut them into small pieces

    Mix the eggplants with 1 tsp of salt and the béchamel sauce in a mixing bowl.

    Preparing of the sucuk sauce
    Cut the onion into thin pieces, place in a sauce pan with the butter and cook until glassy. Add the cubed sucuk and mix. Add the pureed tomatoes, salt and pepper.
