  • 200 g Grated Kaşar Cheese
  • 5 Black olive(s)
  • 1 Green pepper(s)
  • 1 Red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 Tsp Dry yeast(s)
  • 150 ml Milk
  • 150 ml Hot Water
  • 2 Tbsp Olive oil(s)
  • 3 piece Basil
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Salt

    Prepare the Dough:
    Mix the dry yeast with sugar and warm water, and let it activate for 5 minutes. Place the flour in a large bowl, add salt, and mix. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture, warm milk, and olive oil. Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

    Divide the risen dough into small pieces and place them into a muffin tray. Press the dough gently upwards along the edges to form a flower shape.

    Spread a teaspoon of tomato sauce into each dough flower. Top with shredded cheese, Avcı Sausages, Göktürk Salami, olives, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
