  • 3 tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Yogurt
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

    Blend the Egetürk Sultan Kangal Sucuk until minced. Heat oil in a pan, add the sucuk and fry briefly.

    Dice the onion and peppers, add to the pan and sauté for 5 minutes.
